Remembering Bantul my Parrot-horn _/\_

Bantul was a parrot-horn fish I bought as a six months old baby.
Full grown Parrot horns were costly back then in 2008-2009 and one would cost approx 3000 when bought from Calcutta (Kolkata).
All these pics are collected between 2010 and 2014, by then Bantul was already 2 yrs old., grown up and powerful aggressive fishy. Somehow he seems to coexist with my pair of Tigersharks and a Kissing-Gorami and a Shawsank goldsfish (I forgot what exactly was the term of this but it belong to Koi family. You can spot in couple of the pictures).
But as Bantul  grew, he got territorial and possessive. At the same time the Tiger sharks outgrown my two feet long aquarium and it was a lot of stress controlling the bad-arse Pisces crowd. So I handed over the tiger sharks to Aquarium person for resale and moved other fishes to a new tank.
Bantul was my part of life for 6 years almost but he left us untimely due to accidental oxygen outages for several days may be 10 to 15 ...
At that time I was in Sony and posted in Siliguri, West Bengal/ India.
In memory of Bantul and our love out for him this page is herewith.

Hope you enjoy these pictures. These give me immense solace at times. If you find it slow to move through the photos one by one, use the below direct link to my google photos and scroll quickly in a glance through all of them.
