Rats aren't nocturnal they are crepuscular. That is, they are most active during the dusky/twilight hours of morning and evening, and they sleep off and on during the day and the night.
Rats will sleep when there is nothing to stimulate them and awaken when there's something to do.

With everyone of us concern to boost immunity and fight COVID19, one household remedy that's making around the web even internationally is Turmeric Milk (also known as Golden Milk, an elixir of life) or Turmeric Tea.

Well every good thing has vice as well, what may be good for one person may not be the same for another. In case after having turmeric milk if feeling uncomfortable it may be due to Milk or the Turmeric... it may not be comfortable biologically to some, then better to discontinue in such cases.

Perhaps some Governments and Nations should take a cue out and payback to our nature with gratitude :)

My Opinion based on below video. Throughout July'20-August20 many Indian regions are protesting the new Educattion policy revamped after almost 30+ years. But everything comes at a price, sometime owing to Social and Motherland.
Very interesting perspective mentioned in above video and lots of valid points. He is 100% correct also.
But then there many cons why Hindi cannot be the One and only language that the new education system is pushing!
India is a sub continent unlike most nations on the list provided in the video except few like the major one being USA.
Similar to USA, we have diverse population with so many mother tongue; can education system accept and accommodate all? Seems it is just not feasible but as well impractical!
Hindi cannot be considered common language in India under any circumstances, it can be very well used for official communications in place of English but basic education in Hindi is strictly as much detrimental as much is English to non Hindi speakers. (Incomplete thought though)

My Ans- Rice, Dal, Roti, Potato & Milk and medicines ... I guess I am lucky! Many in our country have died for want of Food and it is recurring every year, year on year, wage laborers dying, farmer committing suicide, family committing suicide for not able to carry on the economic burden etc. Yet our politicians and administrators cannot figure out solutions & that is because there is no 24x7 media coverage with tracker with daily fatality tracker running on their screen!.
